About Me

My job is to solve problems. As an experienced practitioner, my practice focuses on solving troublesome real estate and transactional matters.
I have lived and practiced law throughout Washington, yet the Lower Columbia is home. My family has lived in Longview nearly 40 years. My local credentials include being an R.A. Long graduate and former student body president, a contributing columnist for The Daily News, and Old West Side kid.
Prior to opening my own practice I was a City Attorney for the cities of Pasco, Benton City, and Sunnyside. I am a recognized authority in Washington landlord-tenant law.
