Real Property. Land Use. Business Law. Wills and Trusts.
My job is to solve problems. As an experienced practitioner, my practice focuses on solving troublesome real estate and transactional matters.
I have lived and practiced law throughout Washington, yet the Lower Columbia is home. My family has lived in Longview nearly 40 years. My local credentials include being an R.A. Long graduate and former student body president, a contributing columnist for The Daily News, and Old West Side kid.
Prior to opening my own practice I was a City Attorney for the cities of Pasco, Benton City, and Sunnyside. I am a recognized authority in Washington landlord-tenant law.
- My website is intentionally boring. Most new clients are referred by colleagues.
- Check out my Avvo page! It has way more information about me. (I am rated a “Superb” attorney by Avvo.com). Link: https://www.avvo.com/attorneys/98632-wa-r-lee-4968976.html
- If you are a potential client, please use the portal below to contact me. I am frequently unavailable by phone. Thanks in advance!
